-Anatomically correct nudity & NSFWNote:By commissioning me you are agreeing to everything listed below:-You must be at least 13 years of age to commission anything from me (Or have written guardian permission).-I have the right to reject or refund any commission.-I need a visual character reference to work off of. I will not work with written descriptions, unless it is a design commission.-I will work off the character reference you provide me. If your character has an update in design while I am working on your commission, it is your responsibility to let me know of this before I finish. Otherwise, there will be extra fees to then get those changes fixed if I am not alerted beforehand.-You may edit, post, or use the art you commission on any website, though I request credit is given to me as the artist.-Prices are listed under the assumption the art will be used for personal use. For commercial use rights to a piece, different pricing will be negotiated.-I will usually not provide Work-in-Progress images for my commissions, as I work at a fast-pace and this can slow down the process. However, if you would like WIP images, please let me know ahead of time and I would be more than happy to provide them.-It is possible I will upload the art to my DevaintART and Twitter accounts, other art social media accounts, as well as my personal portfolio websites. If you wish for your commission to stay private and not be uploaded to any/all of these platforms, please let me know of this before I finish.Payment:-Payments will only be accepted through Paypal in USD, unless otherwise negotiated.-I will accept payment at any time in the creation process. However, if not paid up front, I will only provide WIP/cropped images of the final piece until the payment is made.-I will not give refunds after a commission is already completed. Please let me know if you are unhappy with a piece, and we can discuss how to move forward.
